This was an amazing trip, we took a 3 day weekend and hit the road with only
an overnite bag to view the Anne Frank house. 5 hours later we stopped at a motel on the outskirts of Amsterdam, for $110
euro we got a suite/penthouse overlooking a huge lake, just beautiful! I will say that it was cold! the kids were great on
the trip, the girls watched some movies on the palm theater. Gas was a bit high at about $4.25 a gallon, we filled up and
about cried from the $80.00 bill. We plan on going back there in the spring time to walk around the city more.
